Return Policy

In order to help you understand our return process and improve your overall shopping experience with us, we have drafted the Iruskart Returns Policy.

Timeline for return:

The Returns and Exchange policy at Iruskart helps gives you the option to either exchange or return the product purchased from within 7 days of date of delivery.

Reasons for return:

The product can be returns for any reason, however, we recommend stating the reason for return and feedback (if applicable) while placing the return/exchange request, to help us improve our services in future.

Return pre-requisites:

One of the key pre-requisites for us to approve your return request is the quality of the product. Kindly ensure that the product being returned preserves its original condition. Used or damaged products would not be eligible for return/exchange.

Return procedure:

You can choose to return the product in one of the following two ways:


We offer reverse pick up service for return requests. To avail that, kindly call us on our customer support number and our customer support executives will help you generate a return request. Once the request is successfully generated, the product will be picked up from your address for return.

Kindly note: At the time of pickup, the delivery agent/partner is eligible to run a quality check on the product being returned.

Self-ship: You can self-ship the product to us via courier service to our Returns Address.Kindly ensure the product is unused, unwashed, packed nicely and all the tags are in place.

Once we have received the product at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Once the product has passed via quality check, we can initiate the return process for you.

Once the product is successfully picked up or shipped by you and reached to our warehouse, we do a thorough quality check and admit the return/exchange request. Once the request is approved, we either provides you exchanged product (if requested by you) or initiate refund / store credit of the same amount (whichever preferred). The refund may take 45 business days to reflect back into your account.

Kindly note, all the returned products are subject to quality check at our warehouse once they are received back via pickup. In case the returned products fail to pass the quality check, we shall re-ship the product back to you. The return request shall stand cancelled in such scenario.

For exchange requests: We would send the exchanged item to your address in return of the current item picked up from you. This is valid when the size/defective products are the reason for the same and you are requesting replacement for the same product. In case you are asking replacement for a different product, we would recommend raising a return request instead of replacement request. And then place new order separately for the product you want to purchase. The replacement is subject to availability of the product in stock.

In case the replacement request is placed due to mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, we will provide replacement of the item without any levying additional charges from you.

Tracking returns: You can track status of your return request on Iruskart website.

NOTE: The products with missing warranty card (if applicable) shall not be accepted for return or exchange
Exceptions and additional rules that apply to the policy:

Swarovski, Precious Jewelry, Cosmetics, Rayban Sunglasses, Socks, Deodorants, Perfumes, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, Mittens, Wrist-Bands cannot be exchanged or returned.

The products susceptible to damage (such as jewellery, watches etc.) can be returned in a given period of time. . Certain products like sherwanis can only be exchanged not returned. Please read the Product Detail Page for more info.

Due to intimate nature, several products such as Innerwear, Sleepwear and Lingerie items will not be returnable or exchangeable.

All the items being returned should be unused, tags intact and in good quality. For example, shoes, clothes etc. should be packed in their original packaging boxes.

Our Exchange Policy allows size changes. However, the sizes are subject matter to availability and only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.

In case you are returning a product, which has a free gift offered with it, in that case, the free gift/item will also need to be returned along with the product once you are placing return request for the same.

In any circumstances, where an extra or different product is returned by mistake, Iruskart will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not be responsible for delivering it back to the user.

In case of self shipping the items, kindly ensure you safely pack the products and ship via a reliable courier service provider to ensure the products reach to us in good condition.

If you are choosing self-ship options, your shipping cost would be reimbursed to you once the return has been accomplished successfully in accordance with you Returns and Exchange Policy. In order to claim the reimbursement, you would need to share the courier receipts and other required details.
